A fantastic restaurant TI project in Loveland, Colorado
While working as a Senior Proiject Architect for RMG, Kevin was able to design a "food truck with four walls and a roof" for Kiel Schuett and Tom Zino, owners of Loveland's first shawarma shop, The Meat Resolution.

A simple exterior hides the amazing food within
The perfectly located building has been owned by the Schuett's for many years and needed structural reinforcing as well as new utilities before it could become a restaurant. Kevin and Kiel worked with H3 Construction and the various officials of the City of Loveland to bring Keil and Tom's dream to life.
